My client is a well known, Munster based manufacturing company in the fabrication and engineering sector. They have earned an excellent reputation, both in Ireland and abroad, for superb quality and customer service, supplying clients in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, engineering and construction.

Due to the significant growth of a number of their business sectors, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Cost Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include costing/pricing of new jobs/projects, budgeting, business cost improvement projects, preparation and reporting of accounts, etc.

Coming from an industrial/manufacturing background, you will have a suitable accountancy qualification and at least three years of experience in a similar role. You will be a motivated team player, capable of working on your own initiative, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to your work.
