*Credit Controller required for expanding Multinational Cork City-Excellent opportunity
Our client a large Shared Services Centre in Cork City requires a Credit Controller to join their team.
The Role:
To chase by phone, fax or e-mail up to 300, active debtors, both UK and international. (International experience would be more favoured in a credit controller, a language would be an advantage),
The computer packages are Peoplesoft, MFG-PRO, Tolas, Excellent Microsoft office skills and working knowledge of Lotus notes.
Suitable person should be able complete month end reporting as there are 3 units to report for. Applying cash and reconciling accounts To work under pressure and tight dead linesWork with in a team and be adaptable to taking on other controllers work at short notice, including adhoc duties given by the team leader.
Requirements:
Suitable person should have worked in a problem solving environment, i.e. resolving customer complaints
Have good working knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet reportingBack ground in SOX proceduresSix Sigma training background, would be an advantage.
Very target driven, (which is linked to yearly bonus).
Have worked on a previous account project, i.e., finance software introduction or the introduction of a procedure to help reduce bad debt.
Person perhaps working towards an accounting qualification.
Location Cork City suburbs Payment €25,000 + with excellent Benefits - Regular Bonuses, VhI, Commission etc Category Accountancy / Finance, Financial Services.
