Project Manager / Business Process Consultant - Dublin - City West

Our client is a fast growing and dynamic IT company with a track record of large Human Resource IT contracts in UK. Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we require a number of candidates for our Professional Services division.

This company is the market leader in it’s industry sector and clients include Vodafone, Department Of Finance, Pfizer, Wyeth, Aer Rianta, Revenue Commisioners, Coca Cola and DHL.
This role involves working in our Professional Services division. The role would carry the following duties and responsibilities:

• Business process mapping and problem identification
  
• Project Manage the delivery of our solutions
  
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for optimising clients’ business processes
  
• Complement the sales team by helping to identify and deliver an enhanced offering to client
  
• Devise solutions to meet these requirements based on industry best practice
  
• Cultivate long term business relationships with clients
  
• Becoming an internal and external ambassador for the company
  

• Results oriented with a history of delivering ‘added value’
  
• Proven track record in the effective planning and delivery of best practice solutions to clients
  
• Be client facing with the ability to develop long term business relationships
  
• Creative thinker with excellent inter-personal skills
