Our client a Sales development telemarketing company located in the Kilkenny/Carlow area currently have an opportunity for a Call Centre Manager to join their team. Working with a broad range of technology companies from large blue chips to small start ups this is an challenging and dynamic role.
The role will involve:
- Managing a team of up to 7 senior telemarketing staff
- Managing the projects that the team is working on* Conducting Client management for these projects
- Assisting with recruitment of new team members
- Reporting both externally and internally on project progress
- Performing quality assurance checks on reports generated by the team
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven track record (at least 3 years) in management of either a telesales, telemarketing
or lead generation team.
· Enjoy working in a fast paced target driven environment.
· Committed to building a successful team who enjoy their work
· Results oriented
· Excellent computer skills |
